Users can create a listing for musical equipment and instruments they want to rent or sell. Users will then be able to find it using different filters and contact the owner using the chat feature on Rythmeet. People can then meet and do the transaction. No money or fees are taken from Rythmeet.

Our goal is to make music affordable for everyone. By selecting the Rythmeet special price option, users agree to sell or offer services at a more competitive price on Rythmeet compared to other websites.

Follow these different steps:
1-Click on Create an Ad (Printscreen of the button)
2- Choose your category between String, Keyboard, Woodwind, Brass, Percussion, Live
equipment, Studio Equipment or accessories.
3-Write the title of your listing and its description and fill the form with all options you can
add. The more accurate your listing is, the more chances you have to attract buyers.
4-Indicate the address the item will be available. For security purposes, the exact address
won’t be accessible to other users.
5-Indicate if your item is for rental or sale and indicate its price. People may be interested in
trying the instrument first before buying and allowing to rent it may attract more potential buyers.
Conditions for rentals are between owners and renters so be careful with scams. You may require a
security deposit for example.

For sellers, you can indicate “other” and manually write the name of the instrument, its brand and its model. For buyers, you can use the keyword search feature.

The best way would be to list every item. One simpler way could be to create one listing per category (String, Woodwind, accessories...).  You could then upload key pictures of items and give more information of your list in the description section. Indicating Business as the type of seller will also help people understand you may have multiple items.

Not yet. This feature will come in future versions of the platform. For now, people will pay directly in-person to each other.

Yes. This information is available on each listing. Though, testing an instrument before purchasing it allows you to make sure of the state of the item. Be careful of scams too.

Conditions for rentals are at the discretion of the owner. Using a security deposit may help prevent any problem during the rentals.

Users can create a listing for a place available for musicians. This can be a spare room, a garage, an amphitheater, a record studio for example, that you are willing to rent to musicians who want to practice or give a concert on their own. For now, no money goes through the Rythmeet platform and people are responsible for their transactions, fees and insurance. Rythmeet is not responsible for any cancellation or problems between a renter and a place owner.

Go in the main page, “Places” and use the filters to find the perfect place you are looking for.

Definitely. There are places for artist to rent out, and places where owner may propose a financial compensation for artists to give a concert. Use the filters and find places where owners pay artists.

For owners renting their place on other websites and willing to rent it at a lower price on Rythmeet, they can select this option when creating a place listing. For renters, by filtering places with “Rythmeet Special Price”, you make sure to get the best deal from internet. In listings, you can find URL for proof.

Unfortunately, no. Users are responsible for transactions and insurance and conditions for rentals are at the discretion of the owner. Using a security deposit may help prevent any problem during the rentals.

On top right of your screen, go in “My bookings”. You will find a calendar with all your bookings and requests. By clicking on them, you can cancel it.

In every listing for a place, you can contact the owner. For a booking you already requested, go in “My bookings” and you will find a calendar with all your bookings and requests. By clicking on them, it will bring you to the listing where you can contact the owner.

Every time you refer someone to Rythmeet, your name is added to a list. Then, when Rythmeet processed a giveaway, a name is randomly selected from this list and the winner has 30 days to claim their gift.

Then, Rythmeet will randomly select another name from the list, and so on until the winner claims their gift.

First, Rythmeet is a peer-to-peer platform for musicians, and second, I am French. That’s why Rythmeet is a mix of the French word Rythm and the English verb Meet. It’s also easier to spell than rhythm, isn’t it?

To definitely delete your Rythmeet account, go to “Account”, “credentials” and then “Delete account”

On the bottom left of each page, you can select the language between English, French and Spanish.

Yes, you can. Go to “Account”, then in “Personal settings” you can change your address.
